I had a terrible experience during my stay. The room was filthy, with dirt and hair all over the bathroom floor. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I reported the issues. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such neglect and lack of professionalism.

During my two-night stay, I loved being just a few steps from Ashford Park where I enjoyed a leisurely stroll, and the nearby Black Bear Diner made for a fantastic breakfast spot, both of which enhanced my weekend explorations in Auburn.

I had such a cozy stay! The Queen Room was super comfy and had everything I needed, including a fridge and microwave for late-night snacks. I totally loved that it's dog-friendly-my furry friend could join the fun without any extra charges!

Auburn has some tasty spots nearby, like Jimboy's Tacos for a legit taco fix and the cozy Black Bear Diner serving up heartwarming comfort food. Our Queen Room, Non-Smoking was clean and comfy, and the fridge was handy for late-night snacks. Plus, the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Watch out for rowdy pups if you're bringing yours, as some guests didn’t have control over their dogs. Besides that, the location had its regular early morning noise—earplugs came handy to keep my peace!

The bathroom looks a bit worn, with yellowed areas that could use some attention. The window lock doesn’t function, which is unsettling, especially since there’s no elevator for lugging up bags. Thin flat sheets instead of fitted ones just don’t cut it for comfort, and a strange smell wafts through the hallways, likely due to nearby smoking areas. Some barking dogs at odd hours can disrupt peace too.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, parking, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me with a wake-up call during my first stay. Highly recommend it!

Noise from the bathroom fan added to the discomfort, making it a less than enjoyable stay overall. However, the quiet ambiance was a positive aspect after a long trip, and the room’s cleanliness was appreciated despite the other shortcomings.

Clean room with hardwood floors. Very noisy because of the train tracks nearby. Starbucks right across the street is a bonus.

Surprisingly Cozy Stay

Was skeptical, but this place really impressed me! The room was clean and simple, with a nice comfy bed. Definitely not the Ritz, but it hit the spot for my needs. The location was super easy to get to, and I could grab breakfast at Denny's just around the corner. Kinda wished they had coffee on hand, though.
