Motel 6-Auburn, Ca

Request for a room away from the noisy entrance. It made a big difference for a better night's sleep.

The location is favourable, really close to Auburn because of weather and still next freeway exit to town and the highway and fast food restaurants. Again, it's 20 minutes drive from No Hands Bridge.

The location was convenient for our needs.

The room was filthy, with dirt and hair all over the bathroom floor. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I reported the issues. It was frustrating to deal with such neglect and lack of professionalism.

The door handle was installed backwards so I had to have someone help me figure out how to work it so I could get in. The guy that worked there said they say the room is cursed. Great. Just what I want to hear after a long day. The carpet was badly stained. No shampoo. Internet signal was poor.

I could not leave my cabin luggage behind for a couple of hours.

During my two-night stay, I loved being just a few steps from Ashford Park where I enjoyed a leisurely stroll, and the nearby Black Bear Diner made for a really good breakfast spot, both of which enhanced my weekend explorations in Auburn.

In short price was cheap for my visit to Fast Fridays Speedway in Auburn the purpose of my visit. Oldtown Auburn clearly has some oldy worldy charm also, though only saw briefly due to lack of time in Auburn. Auburn Alehouse has some nice microbrews.

As I came in on Amtrak had no car, you clearly need a car to stay here, only stayed the night but I could not see that you could walk anywhere significant from hotel, you could cross at top of road to come back down to Dennys but not a lot else. Can only recommend if visit combined with a car. This is a motel in every sense of the word.

The bathroom fan came on with the light and it sounded like a helicopter engine running full blast - horrible HATED THE MOTION DETECTOR LIGHTS - A REAL PAIN IN THE ASS WHEN THEY UNEXPECTEDLY WOULD GO OFF

I had such a cozy stay! The Queen Room was super comfy and had everything I needed, including a fridge and microwave for late-night snacks. I totally loved that it's dog-friendly-my furry friend could join the fun without any extra charges!

Not liking is a complaint so here it is The train and not having someone at the desk for check in

The motel is conviniently located next to a highway, 24h cafe close by and the rooms are clean.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and therefore it was quite impossible to sleep.

The room was clean, comfy, and had a fridge and microwave, super convenient. Plus, it's dog-friendly, so our furry friend was able to join us without any extra fees!

The price was ok.

The sheets were so old.Also the bedding was out dated.Walls paper thin as we heard the guest next door having sex.

Has good restaurant.

The location is great, the check in is quick. The room is perfectly clean with 2 queen beds. Everyone who works in the hotel is courteous and welcoming...
